Rahila Ceitlina, Ceitlins Mark

Rahila Ceitlina (surname before marriage – Taica, 23.03.1937). She was born in Rezekne, lived in Zilupe before and later in Ludza. After the graduation of Leningrad Pedagogical Institute in 1963 she started to live in Rezekne and worked as a teacher for deaf children in Rezekne boarding school. Brother – Izaak Taics.

Mark Ceitlins (23.09.1935 – 14.06.2003) was born in Ukraine, Chernigov city. After receiving the referral note about Medicine institute graduation, Mark Ceitlins moved to Rezekne. The entire life M. Ceitlins worked in the hospital for tuberculosis where for many years he worked as the main doctor.

Rahila and Mark and has two sons – Alexander and Anatoly.
